  • ask about the details of the trip
  • ask what exactly was wrong
  • ask what the candidate expects
  • say a refund is possible and tell the candidate to fill in the complaint form
  • tell him/her to wait 30 days
The candidate begins by saying: “I want to complain about the trip.”
